MINTD Box is a monthly / bi monthly luxury beauty subscription. We send you 4-5 full / deluxe sized luxury beauty products delivered to your door every month / bi monthly. We work with the most respected brands to ensure you receive the most innovative and high quality beauty products.

Our lovely team of beauty experts in London have carefully selected and handpicked the best beauty products to ensure that you only receive the most exclusive products on the market.

Each of our boxes are exclusive, themed and in tune with global trends. We have created a MINTD Box beauty profile to ensure the products we select and handpick are tailored to you.  We ensure that any of the boxes you receive are worth more than what you initially paid.

Our monthly / bi monthly subscriptions are automatically renewed every month / bimonthly. Fixed term ( 3month, 6month & 12month) subscriptions are also automatically renewed after and on the 1st day of the month. If you wish to opt out of the renewal you must cancel your fixed term subscription before the 24th day of the final box / month to avoid the renewal of your plan.

Upon completion of your current fixed term (3 month, 6 month or 12 month) subscription, your subscription will be automatically renewed after & on the 1st day month. To opt out of the renewal of your plan you must cancel your renewal before the 24th day of the final month / box by emailing us at and issuing a cancellation on your account, see below:

Our Cancellation Process On Your Account:

  • On this page you will find the cancel subscription button located on the left hand side
  • Click the cancellation button

You will then be asked to confirm your cancellation and will be prompted by a 5 sec survey.

Please note we are unable to cancel any orders that are already in progress on and after the 1st day of the month.

We are sorry to hear that you want to cancel your subscription. Please note that for monthly / bi-monthly subscriptions as per your contract, your cancellation must be received before the 14th day of the previous month. Any subscriptions cancelled on or after the 14th day of the previous month will receive the following month’s / bi-monthly box as your final order.

For example, if you subscribe on the 1st of the month you would need to cancel before the 14th day of the same previous month,  to avoid receiving the following month’s / bi-monthly box.

Cancellations must be issued on your account and via the email as we are unable to take cancellations requests over the phone, but if there’s anything we can do to help you or find a more suitable plan for you, please call 0203 488 1346 or email us at . Please provide your order reference & name and our customer care team will endeavour to help you.

For fixed term subscriptions of 3 months, 6 months or 12 months, you can cancel your subscription within 14 days of receiving your first box. The first box must be returned to MINTD Box within 14 days of notifying us of the cancellation in the same condition in which you received them and at your own cost and risk. MINTD Box has a right to deduct from your refund amount any reduction in value of the products caused by your handling of the products beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the products. Once received within the 14 days we will issue a refund for it.

Please note any 3, 6 & 12 month subscriptions cannot be cancelled after the 14th day of receiving your first box. Fixed term subscriptions are also automatically renewed on and after the 24th day of the final month / box. If you wish to opt out of the renewal you must cancel your fixed term subscription before the 24th day of the final month / box to avoid a renewal.

You will be billed on the first of every month / bi-monthly. If you have cancelled your subscription after 14th day of the previous month- you will still get billed on the 1st of the month and you will receive your final MINTD Box in the following month. By cancelling, you have cancelled the subscription and the recurring payment - not the specific box. Therefore this will still be shipped to you when dispatch begins around the 1st of the month.

  • On your subscription plan you will find the reactivate button on the bottom right
  • Click on reactivate
  • Select the subscription plan you want
  • Click on reactivate and confirm your plan

Once confirmed payment will be issued within the next 24 hours.

You can pay for a monthly, bimonthly, 3 months or 6 months or 12 months subscriptions with the following credit cards or debit cards:

Monthly / Bi- Monthly Subscription

You will be rebilled on the 1st of each month and your subscription will be shipped within 2-3 working days

Fixed Term (3 months, 6 months ,12 months)

You will be billed for the full amount of the 3 months, 6 months ,12 months of your subscription at the time of your initial order. Your 3 months, 6 months ,12 months subscription will be automatically renewed on the 1st day of the month.

Gift subscriptions (3 months, 6 months ,12 months)

You will be billed for the full amount of the 3 months, 6 months ,12 months of your subscription at the time of your initial order. Your 3 months, 6 months ,12 months subscription will be automatically renewed 1st of the month.


There are no hidden fees once you place your order with MINTD Box. Full breakdown of charges are available just before you check out.

You will receive an email from us to let you know that we were unable to process your payment and we advise you to update your details by signing into your account . MINTD Box will attempt to charge your account at a later date, however if we are unable to charge you after numerous attempts we will not be able to send your beauty box for that month. If you have any questions regarding the above please email us at or call us at 0203 488 1346 with your account details and our lovely customer care team will endeavour to help you.

Unfortunately we cannot temporarily suspend your subscription at this time. You may cancel your monthly / bimonthly subscription at any time and reactivate it at a more convenient time. Please note that fixed term subscriptions of 3 months, 6 months or 12 months cannot be cancelled prior to expiration, these subscriptions can only be cancelled before the 24th day of the final month / box.

Your voucher may not work due to the following reasons:

  • Voucher code is limited to certain subscriptions
  • Voucher code can only be used once
  • Voucher code cannot be combined with other offers
  • Voucher code could have expired

You can only use one voucher code at a time.

  • Sign into your MINTD Box account
  • Then click edit on my account settings
  • Make the changes to your password
  • Once you are happy with the changes simply click save and you are ready to go

To update your billing information:

  • Simply sign into the your MINTD Box account
  • Select my credit card details
  • Amend your billing address information
  • Click save

Please note: For security please ensure your billing address matches your card.

To change your delivery address:

  • Simply sign in to the your MINTD Box account
  • Click edit on the shipping information
  • Amend the delivery address
  • Click save

Please note: This will only be active as of the 1st of the month when you are billed. Any address changes must be made before the 14th day of the active month to ensure it is delivered to the new address as requested. Please note that orders that have already been processed cannot have their delivery address's changed.

  • Simply login into your account
  • On your subscription you will find the reactivate button on the bottom right
  • Click on reactivate
  • Select the subscription plan you want
  • Click on reactivate and confirm your plan

Once confirmed payment will be issued within the next 24 hours.

Products in my box

You can buy the products in your box by selecting this months box on the homepage. Once on that page, select the product you wish to buy then click on the buy now button. You will be given the opportunity to purchase it from the brand site.

If you receive a product in our MINTD Box that is damaged we recommend you contact us via email us at . Please include an image of the damaged product and our helpful customer care team will promptly assist you as soon as possible.

Should you find that one of your products is missing from your box. Please contact us on and include your name and order number and we will look into this right away.

We take allergic reactions seriously, regrettably we are in no position to guarantee that the products in MINTD Box are free of certain substances or compounds. We strongly recommend you check the product ingredients before use, as any allergic reactions are unfortunately outside of our control.

You can submit a product review on the products in your box and earn points to spend on your subscription.

To review the products in your box:

  • Simply click on this months box
  • Select the product you wish to review
  • Login to write a review

Once approved you will be able to view your review and points on your account

Unfortunately product reviews cannot be edited once published.

If you wish to delete a product review please contact us at and include your name and email address for your MINTD Box account. Once received your product review will be deleted at the earliest time.

Each and every review submitted on site takes up to 48 hours to appear on our page as it needs to be reviewed individually to ensure inappropriate content is not posted on the MINTD Box site. Any reviews containing inappropriate content will not be posted on the MINTD Box site.

You can only publish one review per product.

Shipping & Delivery terms

Not to worry as there are several reasons why you may not have received your box yet.

Here are a few things to look out for:

  • Once dispatched you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. The tracking number can take up to 48hrs to present a status.
  • Is your billing information up to date as we may have not been able to bill you this month. We recommend you check your account details to ensure this isn’t the case.

Please contact us at if you have not received your box within 3 working days of the dispatch email being issued and we will have this sorted right away.

Yes you can track your MINTD Box when it has been dispatched.

You will receive an email with the tracking number

  • Copy the tracking number
  • Click on the tracking link and insert the tracking number into the relevant box
  • Click enter to view your tracking details

If you have not received your dispatch email we ask that you check your junk mail as it maybe there.

We don't offer a service for faster delivery service for our MINTD Box subscription. All MINTD Boxes are dispatched within 2-4 working days every month and should arrive within 3-4 working days for UK & 5-6 working days for International.

You can give a 3 month, 6 month or 12 month subscription as a gift.

You are now all set to go!

Once the first box is shipped you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing all the tracking details of the box.

Yes your box gift subscription will be shipped the same time the monthly boxes go out which will be dispatched with the first 2-3 working days of the month, this will normally take 3-4 working days UK & 5-6 days for International once your order has been dispatched.

Unfortunately we are unable to change the shipping address once the box has been dispatched.

To opt out of the recurring payment, please send us an email at [email protected] confirming you would like to opt out. We ask that you send us this email  3 days prior to the last date before your renewal date of the final month / box.

Yes you can. Simply add your message before you checkout and we'll pop this note in with your order.

My Mintd Points

Mintd points are loyalty reward currency which you can earn through product reviews you publish each month. You will receive 5 points when you sign up & 4 points per product review published.

Its very easy! You can earn points when you publish product reviews each month. A 100 Mintd Points can be redeemed to receive £10 off your renewal order. These can be redeemed on a rolling subscription, not for the purchase of a new box. After redemption of the MINTD Points, your subscription will continue automatically as before. You can check MINTD Points when you sign into your account .

You need 650 MINTD Points, once redeemed you will get a free MINTD Box sent out to you.

You can write a product review once you receive your MINTD Box.

You will receive an email on at the beginning of the month with a link to complete the product review for this month’s box. Simply click on the link to create a review for the products you love!

To redeem your MINTD Points:

  • Simply sign into your account
  • Choose your reward
  • Select a reward and confirm

Please note that once you redeemed your points you must keep your subscription active as the points are used as alternative currency when the next box is charged. Your MINTD Points can be redeemed against an active monthly subscription.

Gift shop

A One Time Box  is when you place an order for just the one box & we only take a one off payment for this box.  So you won’t be automatically charged monthly or bimonthly as it’s not a subscription.

Your order will be dispatched from 1 working day and should arrive:

If for any reason you are unhappy with your one time box you can return it to us in its original condition within 14 days of the date of order, unopened (with seals and tissue pack intact) and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item excluding shipping costs.

Due to the nature of skincare products and in the interest of hygiene we can only accept the return of opened items if they are found to be faulty. We are unable to exchange items that are not damaged, defective or incorrect. In order to return an item, please contact us at [email protected] confirming:

Please let us know if you would like a replacement or exchange. Once we receive your request we will confirm you can return the item and how you should to return the item to us.

We aim to complete all return requests within 2 working days. Please return all products 100% complete including all original boxes with packing materials.  Customers are responsible for shipping charges to MINTD Box for all products being shipped for return, exchange or replacement. Products exchanged or replaced will be shipped to you by MINTD Box using the same shipping method as used originally for the initial shipment of product/merchandise. Customers are responsible for all risk of loss and damage to products being shipped for return, exchange or replacement. Customers may opt to insure, recorded or register the return shipment in case of loss or damage. Please use a carrier that is able to provide you with proof of delivery such as Royal Mail or Courier Company. This is for your protection as well as to ensure quick action on your return.
